The team of Jbeil invited JSK agents and management to a breakfast in their new agency located in Aamchit, Center 2112, GF. Jbeil team has been operational from their new agency for a couple of months now and they wanted the full company to get to know their agency.

The breakfast was followed by a chat among JSK agents from the different agencies discussing the latest challenges in Lebanon real estate market.

2020 has been a very eventful year: Following Oct 17 revolution, Lebanon has been witnessing financial and monetary challenges fueled by a distressed banking sector and a devaluating local currency. Add to that, 2020 has then been severely impacted by measures of safety related to pandemic covid 19. Those safety measures included complete lockdowns in certain periods of the year affecting yet again a fragile economic situation. Last but not least, Beirut explosion on Aug 4 has further complicated the situation. All the above has impacted real estate market in Lebanon and the team spent good time discussing the different phases of 2020 and the current challenges and ways to overcome them.

“JSK has been recognized for its ability to adapt rather quickly as an organization to different challenges in the market. 2020 has been the year where this ability to adapt is the company key success factor. You can always rely on JSK agents to be ahead of others in identifying new trends in the market and presenting their clients with the right real estate solutions”, said Samar Issa – Jbeil team leader.

The team left back after breakfast to their daily activities – always determined to be leaders in local real estate market.
